Terms of sale applicable to all Tranactions

New Accounts:-

A pro-forma invoice will be raised, prior to shipment of goods, until a satisfactory credit rating is established.

Payment:-

Our terms are settlement at time of collection, OR at time of order if goods are to be delivered to client, unless a credit account has been sanctioned. Should you have credit facilities, our terms are “30 days nett” unless otherwise agreed in writing by MBS Group. All charges incurred in effecting payment will be the responsibility of the customer. MBS Group reserves the right to impose an interest charge on an outstanding debt beyond our terms.

Completion:-

We seek to meet our customer’s deadline requirements, depending upon quality, engraving, printing, embroidery and complexity, but cannot offer an unreserved guarantee.

Claims:-

All claims for shortages or damage must be made in writing within 48 hours of client’s collection or client’s receipt of goods.

Deposits:-

A deposit may be requested at time of order placement, and then redeemed, if all is satisfactory, at time of collection/settlement.

Quotations:-

Whilst we will be pleased to offer a verbal quote on our client’s requirements, we would suggest that a written quotation is requested. All written quotations will be valid for 30 days.

Pricing:-

We are confident that prices shown within our catalogues, on our website and in our showroom are correct at time of inception, and every effort is made to keep prices constant, we reserve the right to change prices at any time, without notice.

Delivery:-

Carriage will be charged extra, although collection may be effected from our showroom.

Copyright:-

It is illegal to replicate licensed/copyright logos & graphics without official written approval of the appropriate Company or Organisation. We would ask that this is obtained prior to an order being placed as this could cause delay in final lead time.

Logos:-

Products shown in our catalogues, website, showroom and advertising features are intended to illustrate the effect of personalisation and do not necessarily signify that they have been endorsed or supplied by/to that Company.

Artwork:-

Popular fonts will be “set” without charge. Other fonts, logos, sketches, drawings and graphical designs must be supplied in eps or pdf editable format. In the event that artwork needs to be originated or amended, a  charge will become necessary. We will offer our quotation for this service prior to further process of order.

Lead Times:-

Will be quoted at time of enquiry, subject to stock availability.
